Bridge Parish Council has formally submitted their Neighbourhood Plan to Canterbury City Council. The plan sets out the vision for the future of Bridge until 2033 and sets out policies to help achieve it.
Canterbury City Council is now legally required to carry out a consultation with local residents and businesses in Bridge, and also statutory consultees, such as the Environment Agency etc.
This is an important stage of the Bridge Neighbourhood Plan, as the comments that you make now will be sent to an independent examiner, who will examine the plan.
Give us your views by completing our online questionnaire by Friday 7 September.
Supporting evidence documents can be seen here.
After the consultation closes, Canterbury City Council will appoint an independent Examiner who will examine the Bridge Neighbourhood Plan. The Examiner will consider all comments received.
Information about the Neighbourhood Plan process and key stages can be found here.
