Planning Enforcement Plan

This consultation has now closed. Responses received will be reported back to councillors later in 2019 before the final Planning Enforcement Plan is adopted.

We are currently consulting on our draft Planning Enforcement Plan and would like to hear your views.

The plan sets out how the council proposes to manage its response to breaches of planning control. It sets clear priorities for the work of the Planning team, focusing resources on the highest priority areas which cause significant harm to the local environment and the quality of life of residents.
