Sex establishment policy review
The council adopted its current licensing policy for sex establishments in April 2019 and has decided the policy needs to be re-adopted to reflect the current law and the needs of the Canterbury district.
This consultation closed on 2 September 2024 but we are leaving the draft policy on this page for the public’s information. You can no longer comment on it.
The results of the consultation will be reported to Cabinet in October 2024.
