Chestfield Neighbourhood Area Designation

Chestfield Parish Council has submitted an application to Canterbury City Council to designate a Neighbourhood Area for Chestfield Parish Council’s Neighbourhood Plan.
The parish council’s application includes the current parish boundary, along with additional land to the west, covering the full extent of the draft site allocation policy W5: Brooklands Farm, as identified in the Draft Canterbury District Local Plan to 2040.
The city council, as Local Planning Authority (LPA) for the area, is required to consult on this application made by Chestfield Parish Council in line with the Neighbourhood Planning Regulations.

The consultation is open from Tuesday 11 February until Tuesday 25 March.
