Armed Forces Day 2023 marked in the Dane John Gardens

This morning, Lord Mayor of Canterbury, Cllr Jean Butcher and Lady Mayoress Di Baldock, joined the Royal British Legion at the Dane John Gardens flagpole for a flag-raising ceremony and to read a citation for Armed Forces Day.

We are part of the Armed Forces Covenant scheme and are currently working hard towards being a Gold employer as part of its recognition scheme.
