Notices of elections published

The notice of election for the Kent County Council election, the Kent Police and Crime Commissioner election, the by elections for the city council wards of Westgate and Swalecliffe, and the election of two parish councillors in Bridge, all of which take place on Thursday 6 May, have been published.

The deadline to register to vote in these elections is midnight on Monday 19 April.

To vote by post, you need to apply by 5pm on Tuesday 20 April.

To vote by proxy, you need to apply by 5pm on Tuesday 27 April.

The notice of vacancy for Hackington Parish Council has also been published. If contested, the election will take place no later than Thursday 17 June.
