Public consultation sessions on trees and open spaces

Trees in the Westgate Gardens

Alongside the draft Local Plan, we are also consulting on some associated draft strategies, including the Tree and Woodland Strategy and the Open Space Strategy.

As part of that, we have set up a public consultation session for each of these strategies, as follows:

  • Tree and Woodland Strategy, Thursday 1 December, 10am to midday, Guildhall, Canterbury
  • Open Space Strategy, Monday 5 December, 2pm to 4pm, Guildhall, Canterbury

Both of these will be structured meetings, with a presentation followed by an open question and answer session. You do not need to register to attend – simply turn up on the day.
